The Pumpkin Patch

On Saturday we went with our friends the Durrants to the Black Island Farms in Syracuse. We were worried about getting rained on but the weather turned out to be perfect. We went on a hay ride out to the patch and picked our pumpkin, we couldn't believe how many pumkins there were to choose from. Then we played in the farm fall fesitval area, it was so creative and so fun. There were farm animals, huge hay slides, a farm animal train and a corn box for the kids to play in. Lyndee loved being outside and we loved the fall air and great company. I would highly recommend the farm to anyone, it was such a great way to kick off the fall season!
